SEASONAL GROWER

We are looking for a seasonal grower to join our dynamic team. Part Time and Full Time roles are available.  

Candidates must be: 

  • Able to start as soon as possible 

  • Willing and able to do manual labour in all weather conditions 

  • Honest, hardworking, efficient and proactive 

  • Be a good team player and self motivated when working alone 

  • Have a clean driving licence 

  • Have relevant visas to work in the UK 

Previous commercial farming experience is not necessarily a requirement.  

Responsibilities will include planting, harvesting, packing, weeding, maintenance and general farm duties. 

Details: 

  • Working days are Monday to Friday 

  • 7am - 4pm (please note Summer hours start at 6am) 

  • £11/ hour starting rate depending on experience 

  • Potential for living on site at the farm 

  • We cannot accept families.

PACK BARN CO-ORDINATOR

This is a part time role and integral to the smooth running of our operation. 

Candidates must be: 

  • Able to start ASAP

  • Honest, hardworking, efficient and proactive 

  • Good attention to detail and quality control 

  • Have relevant visas to work in the UK 

Previous experience is not required; we can train you. 

Details: 

  • Working days are Monday and Thursday 

  • £11/ hour starting rate depending on experience

FLOWER GROWER

We are looking for a dedicated flower grower to join our dynamic team – growing using biodynamic and organic growing standards to sell wholesale and in our farm shop. 

Candidates must be: 

  • Able to start ASAP 

  • Ideally have growing experience (even if not specifically with flowers) 

  • Have a clean driving licence 

  • Have relevant visas to work in the UK 

Responsibilities will include growing, harvesting and conditioning cut flowers. We see this as a full-time role but depending on level of experience it might be possible to be part time (4 days per week). 

Details: 

  • Working days are flexible but must include Monday and Thursday 

  • £11/ hour starting rate depending on experience 

  • Potential for living on site at the farm (we cannot accept families).
